    VAT

    Treuly is the seller and the issuer of invoices (merchant of record) for all contracts concluded via treuly.de. The applicable EU VAT is calculated, disclosed, and remitted at checkout via Stripe Tax and transmitted to the customer together with the invoice. Treuly remits the collected VAT under the EU One-Stop-Shop scheme (OSS).

    Consumer dispute resolution
