Yes. The Free plan is a complete stamp card — a wallet pass, a QR code, unlimited customers and stamps — and it costs nothing, ever. Every new account also gets 30 days of full Pro to try out. After that it simply continues on Free, or you move to Pro.
No. Whether you have 20 regulars or 2,000, your price stays the same. We never charge per customer or per stamp. More customers should pay off for you, not cost you more.
Pro is for a single shop and adds analytics, push messages and your own branding. Ultimate is for several locations: one card across all of them, per-location numbers, separate team logins, and the option to remove the Treuly mention.
Yes. On Pro and Ultimate you can pay via treuly.de and get a proper invoice for your bookkeeping. Alternatively, payment runs through the app store. The price is the same either way.
Yes. Paid plans are subscriptions that renew automatically — monthly or yearly, whichever you choose — until you cancel. There's no minimum term: cancel anytime and your plan ends at the end of the period you've already paid for. Choose yearly billing and you get two months free.
