Right of Withdrawal
- § 0
Note: sales to businesses only
Treuly serves business customers (Unternehmer) per § 14 BGB only. For business customers no statutory right of withdrawal under §§ 312g, 355 BGB applies. The following notice is provided for information purposes and applies only in the rare case that a contract is concluded with a consumer.
- § 1
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of contract conclusion.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Treuly [legal company name], [address], email: support@treuly.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
- § 2
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In no event will you be charged any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
- § 3
Premature expiry of the right of withdrawal
For a contract for the supply of digital content (e.g., immediate access to the Treuly service), the right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have started performance of the contract after you have expressly consented to us beginning performance before the withdrawal period expires, and you have confirmed that you are aware that by giving your consent you lose your right of withdrawal upon commencement of performance.
- § 4
